In its rural setting, the Chateau de la Cazine at Wyndham Chateau de la Cazine Halcyon Resort offers all the amenities for the organisation of your meetings and seminars. Located just a short drive from the A20 and N145, the Chateau de la Cazine is also within easy reach of the La Souterraine SNCF station (Toulouse-Paris line) and Limoges International Airport.
The Chateau has 19 fully renovated rooms sympathetically decorated in keeping with its history. Our restaurant has 4 rooms with a cozy atmosphere. You can also take a moment to relax in our lounge and bar.

In the case of privatisation for a banquet requiring 4 dining rooms, the maximum capacity is 90 people.
We can also offer these rooms for rent by the day or half day. We invite you to contact our sales department for a quote.
To enhance your stay, many activities are possible in the grounds. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, two tennis courts, hiking trails, a fishing pond ... We can also offer the use of mountain bikes, tennis rackets and balls and fishing equipment and we can arrange horse riding.
Spa treatments are also available in your hotel room with prior reservation.
Exclusive to the Château de la Cazine : "MASSAGE BREAK". A massage for 15 to 20 minutes which is divided into two phases, a phase of "relaxation" and a "dynamic" phase. The goal is to reduce the stress and fatigue of your teammates. This massage is performed on an ergonomically designed chair. The reception is at your disposal to reserve this service that is sure to delight your team.

These rates are based on the low and mid season (October to May inclusive).

Composition of coffee breaks:
- 1 coffee break : welcome refreshments or afternoon break
- 2 coffee breaks : welcome refreshments + morning break or afternoon break
- 3 coffee breaks : welcome refreshments + morning break + afternoon break
Each coffee break will be composed of hot beverages (coffee, tea, chocolate), fruit juices and pastries, cakes, or muffins.
The above rates include the provision of tables and chairs as well as the installation of the meeting room according to the desired layout. We also provide mineral water, pencils and paper.
Our seminar rooms are equipped with a flipchart, screen and video projector on request.
You also have access to free wifi.

Terms and Conditions
All rates in this folder apply to seminars with use of the meeting room included.
For special requests our sales department is at your disposal to prepare a personalised quotation.
Provisional Reservation Option
To ensure the availability of our meeting room, you are able to provisionally reserve a date. The duration of this option will be indicated according to your application date.
Reservation Confirmation
To confirm your reservation simply return the quote with "accepted" written on it along with a deposit payment of 30% of the total amount.
Number Of Participants
We will contact you 10 days prior to the event for the final number of participants. The number of people reported up to 48 hours prior to arrival will be taken as a basis for the final invoice even if the number of participants is less than stated.
Menu Choice
A fixed menu will be provided for all participants. Please inform us if a member of your group has a dietary requirement.
Payment
The oustanding balance will be presented upon departure and can be settled up to one month from receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation policy :
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
