We saw an advert for this in local English speaking newspaper with an offer. So we drove the 30 km or so and boy we were not disappointed.

It was quiet in terms of customers but we had a fantastic meal served in elegant surroundings by attentive staff.

Beautiful chateau set in beautiful Limousin countryside. The staff are very friendly and speak good Engkush is your French is a little stuttering as mine is. The room was comfortable and opulent. No wonder it's a favourite for weddings!

We stayed in the Chateau for 3 nights for a wedding.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and attentive. We stayed in a twin room and it was bright clean and very luxurious, with a separate bathroom which had a free standing bath and separate powerful shower.

I stayed here for one night on a classic car tour of France.We were greeted by lovely staff and shown to a delightful room overlooking the parkland and lake.The well appointed room had at a higher level screened off a washbasin,shower cubicle and WC cubicle-different but quite acceptable.

We revisited Chateau de la Cazine for a 2 night stay on our way back from Portugal to Caen. Our first floor room faced the park giving us gorgeous views of the autumn colours. The classic white furniture is very attractive and we enjoyed the diagonal position of the bed, facing the TV and the windows. The shower and loo with frosted doors behind the bed are typical of a boutique hotel.

Well worth the cost of dining here. Excellent service, perfect ambience, staff extremely attentive and food deserving of the Michelin star. Eat the carte blanche at the whim of the chef. Wine is a little expensive, five course meal came in around 62 Euros each, 12 euros extra for the cheese board but a super choice of cheeses.

Lovely chateau in lush countryside. All the facilities you need including a pool ( too cold to use it sadly ) Friendly staff and really helpful despite the occasional language difficulty.
Rooms are really comfortable and the restaurant has a Michelin star.

This is a perfect place to stay if you're traveling from the southwest of France back to Paris (as we were). We spent two nights for our 10th anniversary with very little information to guide us, but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations and the attentiveness of the staff.

After more than 40 trips in the French countryside we discovered Chateau de la Cazine. What a spectacular find!! After so many years we thought we had seen it all. The lovely modern rooms and Michelin ranked cuisine doesn't begin to describe what sets CDC apart from the rest. Picture sitting on the patio at dusk with a cocktail Maison in one hand and a cigarette in the other.

We choose to have our wedding ceremony at the Luxury Chateau de La Cazine, and it was simply the best choice we could ever make!
